I have been a plus size girl ALL of my life. However, this past year I have seen tremendous results. I am so proud of myself. When I moved to Maryland, from North Carolina I weighed 363 Ibs. When I started Decalo on January 8, 2015, I weighed in at 351 Ibs. As of Saturday October 10, 2015 I weighed in at 297 Ibs! This has been my lowest weight since I was in high school, 17 years ago! I was a size 30-32, and now I am a size 24!!!! I have also lost a total of 40.5 inches overall. I will keep you posted on my progress.
