Something New for Breakfast: Super Delicious Purple Sweet Potato Miso Soup

A patient made this for us and we could not wait to share this recipe: 

Wrap each sweet potato in foil and bake it for 50mins

Once cooked, remove the skin

Add all ingredients to a blender and secure the lid. Some blenders even have a hot soup pogram. Some don't - just blend it as much as you like it. 

Serve the hot soup with crusty wholegrain bread. 

Sprinkle the soup with lightly toasted sesame seeds, sliced scallions and baked sweet potato chips if desired .... Please take pics and tag us on instagram @decaloweightlossandwellness.
